It may shock you if you're new here that I didn't come from a family of faith.

Breaking generational curses started with me. I believed that God had more for me. I believed that there was more on the other side of my searching than bizarre rules and "not enoughness"

Friend, God loves you more than you could possibly imagine! No matter where you're at in life, you're never alone. He desires to set you free from every chain that's keeping you held in a life of shame, guilt and condemnation.

I believe that this IS the generation that has the key to unlocking revival in homes, in families and growing the body of Christ.

You are a catalyst in your home, your community, your marriage, and your workplace!

Women stepping into their God given calling and divine kingdom leadership is a powerful concept that has been gaining momentum in recent years. Many women are recognizing the gifts and talents they possess, and the potential to make an impact on their communities, churches, and society as a whole. Kingdom Leadership is about leading with faith, wisdom, courage, and love - all of which are qualities that come from God.

It is also about recognizing the unique gifting and purpose that each woman has to contribute to their respective sphere of influence. Women are uniquely gifted with a special insight and perspective, and when they lead from this place of strength and authenticity, it can be incredibly empowering for those around them. Women who are stepping into their God given calling and divine kingdom leadership understand that their purpose is to serve the Kingdom of God, not just themselves. They understand the need to continually grow in knowledge, character and experience so that they can be effective leaders.

Kingdom Leadership also involves taking a stand for truth, justice, mercy and love in the face of adversity. Women who lead with an understanding of their divine purpose and the power of God’s love are able to make an impact in ways that transform lives and systems around them. They understand the need to create relationships, build bridges, and foster reconciliation in order to bring about lasting change. .

This is an exciting time in history where women are standing up and leading with faith, courage, wisdom and love. As these women step fully into their God given calling, they are not only representing the Kingdom of God, but also setting an example for others to follow. Let us continue to encourage and support one another as we rise up in faith and lead with courage, wisdom, and love!

Most of us have something we’ve been waiting to

Most of us have something we’ve been waiting to do, some dream that seems too big and impossible to ever be a reality. But we don’t have to stay in that place of turmoil! We can step into our purpose from God fully and start leaning into our Esther season unashamed! In this season, every little step counts and adds up.

It’s time to stop making excuses or feeling too scared or inadequate to do something great - it’s time to start living out the life God has given us, the one He created specifically for us! Whether that looks like starting a small business, sharing your story with others, traveling the world, or simply pursuing a heart of service, the possibilities are endless.

You have dreams for your life and I believe those dreams come from God! So I encourage you to start taking even the smallest of steps toward that dream without any shame or judgment. When we embrace our Esther season, it brings about transformation in us and can turn into something that we never imagined!

Today, I am challenging you to embrace who you are and where God has called you. Don’t be afraid to take risks or step out of your comfort zone - it can lead to amazing things! Start leaning into your purpose from God and see what happens when you let go of the fear and doubts.

If you're the only one on your team in action- you're leading in dysfunction. Being proactive with mentorship is the KEY to growth for the new team members you will bring on.

Understanding your team means understanding yourself- We recruit who we are, not who we want to be. As you evolve, the quality of leaders you bring into your team will also evolve.
Empowering your team with tools & resources is a gift to their benefit- But you cannot hold their hand through the resources.

Let them make mistakes in their leadership- It's how they learn and become really great! The people your team will bring into the organization are there for them. So lead them well and empower them to flourish in their own leadership.

Systemization allows for duplication. I'm rather tech savvy and have been working for myself for a while. What I can do, not everyone can or wants to, but I've made it so simple ANYONE can plug into our system and succeed. AND that is what duplicates!

In teams it's not what works- it's what duplicates.
If you're not seeing success, you might need to rethink your systems for duplication.
